In combat Bluff can be used to execute the Feint maneuvre. Bluff is opposed by Sense Motive.
Check: The DC is determined by the creature's Sense Motive skill in combination with their base attack bonus. A successful check removes the creature's Dexterity bonus to AC on the next attack.
