Type of Feat: Class

Prerequisite: Monk 5.

Specifics: By meditating for 2 turns, the monk gains the benefits of Luck of Heroes, Great Fortitude, Lightning Reflexes or Iron Will until their next meditation. In addition to this feat, the monk also gains Heightened Resistance, Purity of Body, Deflect Arrows or Still Body respectively.

Heightened Resistance - The monk gains a +1 bonus to all saving throws for 2 turns. Can be activated at will.

Purity of Body - The monk is immune to disease.

Deflect Arrows - The character can attempt to deflect one incoming missile attack per round. This is treated as a Reflex save made against DC 20.

Still Body - The monk gains a +3 bonus to Stealth checks, but cannot move. This effect lasts for 2 rounds and counts as a Special Ability.

Meditating can be done up to WIS times/day (minimum of 1). While meditating, the monk is immobile and vulnerable to attack.
